- Collaborate with policymakers on emerging AI legislation and standards
- Drive research into explainable AI (XAI) and interpretability techniques

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Published research on AI ethics or responsible technology
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
