Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible AI implementation
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI ethics
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML Ethics)
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Expertise in adversarial machine learning security
- Fluency in regulatory landscape for generative AI systems
