- Author whitepapers on emerging AI ethical challenges and mitigation strategies
- Monitor global AI regulatory trends and advise internal policy updates
- Design ethical AI training programs for engineering teams
- Partner with legal teams on compliance with evolving AI legislation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in bias detection/mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Experience with global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and change management
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
