Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous decision-making tools
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Create compliance documentation for emerging AI regulations
- Advise product teams on ethical design principles
- Monitor global AI policy developments and adapt strategies
- Train employees on ethical AI usage protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001
- Strong background in bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in tech environments
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance preferred
- Published work on AI ethics or conference speaking experience
