- Create stakeholder education programs on responsible AI deployment

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong understanding of algorithmic bias detection and mitigation
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML Certificate)
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Published research or practical experience in AI governance
