Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Advocate ethical AI design principles during product development sprints
- Partner with engineering teams to embed privacy-by-design in AI architectures
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Monitor emerging AI governance trends and update organizational policies
- Represent the company in industry consortiums on AI ethics standards
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU, US, APAC)
- Experience with MLOps ethics tooling (TensorFlow Extended, MLflow)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Strong technical writing skills for policy documentation
