Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory forecasts
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments on machine learning models
- Develop compliance protocols for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Collaborate with policymakers on national AI ethics standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in responsible AI deployment
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics for industry conferences
- Monitor global AI regulatory developments and update policies accordingly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience drafting AI ethics policies for regulated industries
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulations
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., Stanford HAI)
- Proven track record influencing AI product design decisions
