Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks for 2026 technology deployments
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, privacy, and compliance risks
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for transparent AI decision-making processes
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging ethical challenges in next-gen AI applications
- Establish measurable KPIs for ethical AI performance across product lifecycle
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape industry standards and regulatory frameworks
- Build internal training programs on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing organizational AI ethics policies and procedures
- Deep expertise in fairness metrics, explainable AI (XAI), and bias mitigation techniques
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical ethics concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex ethical dilemmas
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI
