Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops on bias mitigation and algorithmic transparency
- Design compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (including EU AI Act and US federal guidelines)
- Create audit trails for high-stakes AI decision-making in healthcare and finance sectors
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles into AI development lifecycles
- Produce thought leadership on responsible AI adoption for industry conferences and publications
- Manage stakeholder communications on AI ethics initiatives with investors, regulators, and community groups
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Proven track record of designing ethical AI frameworks for enterprise deployments
- Deep understanding of machine learning fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with autonomous system validation and explainable AI (XAI) methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or related topics in peer-reviewed journals
