Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation for machine learning systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neuromorphic ethics
- Strong stakeholder communication and policy development skills
- Published research or industry leadership in AI ethics
