Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and fairness assessments across all AI products
- Lead cross-functional task forces including engineers, legal, and policy experts
- Establish continuous monitoring protocols for AI system transparency and accountability
- Author whitepapers and industry standards for responsible AI deployment
- Advocate ethical AI principles at global tech forums and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and emerging global regulations
- Proven experience with bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics or governance journals
