- Lead cross-functional ethics councils with engineering, legal, and policy teams
- Create regulatory compliance roadmaps for evolving AI legislation
- Design ethical impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption in Fortune 500 partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Experience with regulatory compliance in regulated industries
- Strong stakeholder management across technical/non-technical teams
