Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics policies and governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycles
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in AI deployment and mitigation strategies
- Represent the organization in industry consortiums on AI ethics standards
- Mentor teams on responsible AI practices and cultural integration
- Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer on ethical risks and compliance
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech leadership
- Deep expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Proven experience developing corporate AI ethics frameworks
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published work or speaking engagements on AI ethics topics
