You'll develop governance protocols, conduct bias audits, and collaborate with global policymakers to establish industry standards for trustworthy AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional bias audits and fairness assessments across AI systems
- Develop governance policies for human-AI collaboration in enterprise environments
- Conduct scenario planning for ethical risks in autonomous systems and generative AI
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape regulatory standards for 2026 AI deployment
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI principles and ethical decision-making
- Author white papers on emerging ethical challenges in next-gen AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and transparency techniques for ML systems
- Proven track record in developing organizational AI ethics policies and compliance frameworks
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in human-centered design and participatory AI development
- Experience with scenario planning and ethical risk assessment for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Publications or speaking engagements at top AI ethics conferences preferred
