Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership role

- Strong background in machine learning model auditing and bias mitigation
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into actionable policy
- Experience with cross-stakeholder collaboration (technical, legal, public sector)
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology governance
