Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 product deployments
- Lead cross-functional bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
- Develop transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI pipelines
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption in client engagements and industry forums
- Monitor emerging regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and ensure compliance
- Train stakeholders on AI ethics best practices and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, risk management, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience with AI transparency frameworks like XAI (Explainable AI)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Published work in AI ethics or participated in industry ethics coalitions
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis and model auditing
