Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical principles into AI development lifecycles
- Represent the company in global AI policy discussions and standards bodies
- Create training programs for stakeholders on responsible AI adoption
- Establish metrics for measuring AI system fairness and societal impact
- Advise on emerging AI risks including deepfakes and autonomous decision-making
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and evolving global AI regulations
- Proven experience designing bias mitigation strategies for ML systems
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across technical/non-technical domains
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or AI ethics preferred
- Familiarity with quantum computing's ethical implications
