- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI implementation best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of evolving global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management (technical, legal, policy)
- Published research or industry recognition in AI ethics
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing and fairness metrics
- Strong background in risk assessment frameworks for autonomous systems
