Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce enterprise-wide AI ethics policies aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Mentor teams on ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation practices
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging AI risks and societal impacts
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI systems at scale
- Deep understanding of machine learning fairness metrics and bias mitigation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with ethical AI toolkits (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
