- Advocate ethical AI principles through stakeholder engagement and industry forums
- Establish continuous monitoring protocols for AI system compliance and societal impact
- Lead incident response protocols for ethical breaches or unintended consequences
- Mentor teams on responsible AI development practices and emerging ethical challenges
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance leadership
- Deep expertise in AI fairness frameworks (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Proven experience developing organizational ethics policies with measurable KPIs
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, state-level laws)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or technology governance
