Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks compliant with emerging international regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Lead bias mitigation strategies across AI development pipelines and deployment systems
- Conduct regular risk assessments for high-impact AI applications in healthcare and autonomous systems
- Develop stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI decision-making processes
- Create audit trails for algorithmic accountability and explainability requirements
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Advocate for inclusive AI design principles through cross-functional training programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Public Policy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in AI governance, ML ethics, or responsible technology leadership
- Proven experience developing enterprise-wide AI ethics frameworks
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (GDPR, AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong technical background in ML/AI systems and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, AIEC) or equivalent experience
