Responsibilities

- Shape corporate policies on responsible AI deployment and human oversight
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in industry forums and regulatory discussions
- Conduct research on emerging AI risks and mitigation strategies
- Partner with product teams to embed ethics by design in AI solutions
- Report to C-suite on AI governance metrics and strategic roadmap
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulations
- Proven experience building ethical AI frameworks in tech environments
- Expertise in bias detection, algorithmic fairness, and explainable AI
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
