Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations

- Create governance policies for generative AI and predictive modeling systems
- Represent company at international AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for AI impact assessments
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics leadership
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and IEEE 7000 standards
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience with large-scale AI deployment in regulated industries
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing tools development
