Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with ISO 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Lead cross-functional teams in conducting bias audits, fairness assessments, and ethical impact analyses for autonomous systems
- Establish real-time monitoring protocols for AI model drift and ethical compliance violations
- Represent the company in international AI ethics forums and regulatory working groups
- Design employee training programs on responsible AI development and deployment practices
- Oversee third-party ethical audits and maintain transparency documentation for regulatory reporting
- Drive corporate social responsibility initiatives related to AI's societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years in AI governance
- Proven experience establishing ethics frameworks for generative AI or autonomous systems
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, etc.)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, Google AI Principles)
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational transformation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with regulators and industry bodies
- Technical proficiency in ML model auditing tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
