Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and fairness assessments across AI systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Design compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Establish transparent explainability standards for autonomous decision systems
- Create ethics training programs for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor global AI regulatory trends and adapt compliance strategies
- Author public-facing transparency reports on AI system impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or regulatory affairs
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory frameworks (EU, US, Asia)
- Experience with explainable AI (XAI) and fairness metrics
- Certification in data privacy (CIPP/CDP) or AI governance (CAIG)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating AI ethics frameworks or compliance implementations
