Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for large-scale machine learning models
- Lead stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives on responsible AI adoption
- Author industry white papers on AI transparency and accountability standards
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to audit next-gen AI architectures
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance across product lifecycles
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or Ethics with 5+ years AI experience
- Published research in AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, or explainable AI
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow for ethical auditing workflows
- Experience leading cross-functional ethics committees
- Strong background in cognitive bias and statistical fairness metrics
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
