Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for quantum-enhanced algorithms
- Develop compliance protocols for neuro-ethical AI interfaces
- Lead stakeholder workshops with policymakers, engineers, and ethicists
- Create audit trails for AI decision-making in high-stakes domains
- Advise on regulatory strategies for emerging biotech-AI convergence
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI focus
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks for regulated industries
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or neuroethics
- Experience implementing EU AI Act or NIST RMF standards
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI tool development
- Strong background in transhumanist ethics or bioethics
- Certification in Responsible AI from MIT or Stanford
