Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Conduct algorithmic audits to identify and mitigate bias in machine learning models
- Design governance protocols for AI lifecycle management from development to deployment
- Lead stakeholder engagements including policymakers, NGOs, and industry bodies on ethical AI standards
- Create training programs and documentation for ethical AI practices across engineering teams
- Monitor emerging ethical risks in AI deployments and recommend proactive mitigation strategies
- Represent the company in international forums on AI ethics and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or compliance with focus on emerging technologies
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Experience developing ethical AI policies for enterprise-level deployments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
