Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI/ML systems across diverse applications

- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry coalitions and regulatory discussions

- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations throughout the development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible tech, or compliance with demonstrated impact
- Expertise in bias detection, algorithmic fairness, and interpretability techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical, legal, and public sectors
- Publication record or significant contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Proficiency in Python/R for ethical AI tool implementation and validation
