Responsibilities

- Chair the Global AI Ethics Review Board with Fortune 500 partners
- Author position papers on digital consciousness and transhuman rights
- Prototype neural-augmented decision support systems
- Advise UN and OECD on 2030 AI policy frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or Quantum Ethics
- 5+ years in AI governance or ethics at Big Tech/National Lab
- Published research in Nature/Science on machine ethics
- Expertise in quantum computing and neuro-symbolic AI
- Certification in Futurist Studies (AFS) or equivalent
- Fluency in ethical programming languages (e.g., Coq, Agda)
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems
