Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and upcoming 2026 regulations
- Proven track record in designing bias mitigation techniques for large-scale AI
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML model auditing tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical ethics to non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, Stanford HAI) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
