Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or similar role
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and data ecosystems
- Expertise in ethical frameworks (utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics)
- Strong familiarity with regulatory landscapes (GDPR, AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics domain
