Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Model Optimization: Develop and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms for real-time inference and edge deployment.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across product lines, ensuring alignment with 2026 product vision.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research to pioneer new methodologies in natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a high-performing engineering team, conducting code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical mentorship.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, including 2+ years in a lead or architectural role.
- Tooling: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps pipelines.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of deploying innovative AI solutions in production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
