Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable infrastructure for Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI evolution, researching emerging architectures and methodologies to keep Nexus Horizon ahead of the curve.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize existing models for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning/AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using managed services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in distributed systems and algorithm design.
