Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning systems capable of handling next-generation data streams.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in implementing cutting-edge generative AI models.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities through the year 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise products.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of large-scale neural networks.
- Optimize model performance for real-time inference in high-latency environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
