Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure through 2026 and beyond.
- System Design: Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and cloud-native solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of researchers and engineers in exploring novel algorithms and deep learning architectures.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the transition from prototype to production, ensuring model accuracy, latency, and security.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI strategies.
- Best Practices: Establish coding standards, review architectures, and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in distributed systems and large-scale data environments.
