Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics from Tier-1 institution
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development (Qiskit/Q# proficiency required)
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants (NSF/NIH/DARPA)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and hardware limitations
- Exceptional programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
