- Author thought leadership publications and patents for NeuroSync's intellectual property portfolio
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental AI initiatives with measurable ROI targets
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism with 10+ years in applied research
- Proven track record in launching AI products with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated systems
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS) on AI ethics or forecasting
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)
