Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings efficiently.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Operations: Maintain and organize office files, records, and digital databases; ensure physical workspace is tidy and functional.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, book conference rooms, and facilitate logistics for company-wide events.
- Vendor Liaison: Handle administrative tasks related to vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
