Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Handle incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy information retrieval.
- Assist with office management duties, including inventory control, supply ordering, and facility upkeep.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and vendors, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
