Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas for executive leadership.
- Process weekly payroll documentation and assist with expense reports to ensure timely disbursement.
- Handle all incoming correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of critical documents.
- Prepare internal communications, newsletters, and presentation materials using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with data entry tasks and update databases to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and vendor relationships as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or in a similar support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
