Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Oversee complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Data & Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems; prepare expense reports and data entry for payroll.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items after meetings.
- Office Operations: Manage inventory, order supplies, and assist with general office upkeep.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
