Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Process incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate electronic and physical records.
- Coordinate office events, manage inventory for office supplies, and handle vendor relations.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed to support the department's daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
