Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99.9% accuracy into CRM and ERP systems
- Manage office calendars, coordinate complex scheduling across departments
- Prepare weekly reports and analytics using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Handle confidential documentation with strict adherence to compliance protocols
- Support weekend onboarding processes for new hires and contractors
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory and vendor communications
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend emergency escalations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven administrative support experience
- Expert proficiency in data entry with 10,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) certification preferred
