Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate office logistics, including conference room bookings, catering, and facility maintenance requests.
- Screen incoming calls and emails, prioritizing inquiries and escalating urgent matters appropriately.
- Assist in special projects and event planning as needed to support company initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Discreet and professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
