Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, and handling complex travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, screening calls and emails, and routing them to the appropriate team members.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval and data security.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events, meetings, and client gatherings.
- Administrative Support: Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
