Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage executive calendars, ensuring optimal time allocation and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Manage incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, and respond appropriately.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with event planning, office logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Perform data entry and administrative support tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
