Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain confidential data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department leadership
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations

Qualifications
