- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meeting logistics
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documentation with discretion
- Oversee office inventory, supply management, and vendor relationships
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records

Qualifications
