Responsibilities
- Manage daily calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for management team.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls, screen visitors, and handle general inquiries.
- Handle data entry, maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Must be local to Sacramento, CA.
